Shipping: Packed in clear cellophane bags, further packed in a Cardboard Box / Jiffy bag packing. UK Shipping with Hermes Standard / Royal Mail Standard 2-3 working days delivery from dispatch. International Delivery with Royal Mail 5 - 15 working days. Expedited Services available for UK and International. Hermes Next Day Service takes between 1-2 working days for delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges explained:

Just contact within: 2 days of delivery
Ship returns back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Upon receiving the item we’ll send you the refund minus the postage that was paid in sending you the item.
And if you are exchanging for another size: please make a new purchase in the new size/colour and send the original order back and upon receiving you’d get the full refund back.
We can’t accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders or Items that are on sale/ marked reduced price.
